The Magical History Tour: Thursday (11/10) 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Students will enjoy an interactive tour and scavenger hunt through three of Bentonville’s favorite historic spots. The Museum of Native American History has artifacts from 2000 BC through more recent history. The Peel Mansion is a civil war era home that will give the children a good feel for how life would be if they grew up in the 1800’s. The Walmart Museum will walk the kids through the 1950’s Walton 5&10, and past exhibits marking the company’s initiatives and accomplishments.
Discovery Day: Friday (11/11) 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
This day will be a great opportunity for children to explore art and science at two of Bentonville’s most popular attractions, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Scott Family Amazeum. Climb an indoor tree canopy, splash away in the water amazements exhibit, and become an inventor in the tinkering studio. Activities sure to inspire children of all ages.
